Sambal Tempoyak Petai |
Ingredients |
1 tbsp Kimball Tomato Puree
6 tbsp fermented durian (tempoyak)
200ml thick coconut milk
30g dried anchovies, deep fried till crispy
20 bird's eye chilies, crushed
5 stalk lemon grass, crushed
50g petai
Salt and sugar to taste |

Methods |
1) Combine all the ingredients into a pot except petai and bring it to a slow boil.
2) Simmer it for 5 minutes, season with salt and sugar to taste. Add in petai and cook for 1 minute and turn off fire. |
